Does the workouts require any equipment? There are 4 week programs available for anyone with a barbell set or/and dumbbells along with plans for people with full gym access in the app! The daily workouts will mostly be a mix of dumbbells, barbells, cables.
What type of workouts are you sharing? A mix of tradition weightlifting movements paired with unique exercises and techniques. Workouts that will help you build muscle and never get bored in the gym!
What’s the main goal for your workouts? Building muscle while staying shredded! These workouts are hypertrophy based. Reps in the 8-20 range and lots of controlled tension to stimulate the most muscle growth.
