My training philosophy comes from dedicating the past decade to health and fitness as a Natural Bodybuilder, National Level Powerlifter, Army Infantry Scout, Ultramarathoner, and Diehard Backcountry Hunter.
I’ve learned and believe that the best things in life are earned through blood, sweat, sacrifice, and countless hours of grinding. Whether it’s parenting our two boys with my wife Savannah, achieving operational success in the Army, or conquering brutal elk pack outs deep in the backcountry; they all have one thing in common. “Success only happens when you put the time and effort in to deserve it.”
My programs are for those dedicated to becoming their best self and living the “#ConquerMountains” mindset to achieve whatever it is they set out to accomplish.
The “OVERBUILT” programs revolve around becoming the APEX predator in your field, whether that’s mountain hunting, military operations, or as a first responder. This program series was developed and tested over two years preparing San Antonio Swat members, Army Special Forces Teams in Texas & Georgia, Fire Fighters from multiple precincts around Austin, Tx, backcountry hunting guides in multiple western states, and dozens of everyday mountain athletes in order to deliver programs that are functional, brutal, and GUARANTEED to help you achieve the success you dream for. The “CONQUER MOUNTAINS” programs are for the everyday athlete who wants more out of life and are designed to help you become a “Hybrid” athlete who has strength, size, and stamina to use for anything life throws your way. This program series was created from my experience through obtaining my Master’s in Applied Exercise Physiology, competing as a natural bodybuilder and national level powerlifter, time spent training D1 football and track and through my time in the Army as an Infantry Scout Sniper.
