I have been using you and this app now for 2 months and have lost 25 pounds and gained muscle! You take all the thinking out of it and makes it easy to just go to the gym and do it. I don't have to think about it. I like that you put what weights to do and how many reps of each exercise. I also like that if it is a new exercise that i haven't done, there is a video to watch how to do it. I also like that It's not the same workout everyday which keeps it fresh.
