As someone that's part of the LGBTQ+ community, my approach to fitness is about more than just strength and the desire to improve fitness levels. Not only do I believe consistent exercise can solve many of the chronic pains and illnesses faced by the general population today, but for the trans and queer community fitness can mean building a body that feels like YOU. I work with my athletes to build strong, healthy bodies, and enhance their relationship with fitness. I provide workouts for ALL levels of athletes as well as gender-affirming body recomposition training. I have experience in designing programs to aid in the prep/recovery from gender-affirming surgeries. I commit much of my personal research to trans-specific fitness, and have collaborated with board-certified surgeons to develop and refine my training strategies centered around such procedures.
