Good! Really starting to feel a burn. FYI - the exercise descriptions are mixed up, the back fly and tricep twist are just repeats of the previous exercises - if that makes any sense.

Great! When I started to do your strength training program I was at first very intimidated. I did not know anything about strength training. I was a cardio girl. But it is really simple, not scary, and the difference it makes is huge! I have felt changes in my body composition that I never felt with cardio. It is amazing what moving just the weight of my body can do. My husband has been doing it with me and together we challenge each other. It has been a good experience for us both! Thank you!
