The video is great. But I do think you need to get rid of the subscribe now and next buttons at the end, as they don’t go anywhere - at least on my phone. Also you told us a while ago about hip hinge rather than knee hinge. Could that go in? I would also really love it if each modification could start with pointing at the muscles to be working and also pointing out what NOT to do - I like the bit about you knee never going out past your toe, for example, but maybe also mention other potential problems like strain on back if you sag too far forward?
