What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is define the natural sexy curves of a woman :)
There is a focus on training the lower body as well as the core. This doesnt mean we skip upper body. You will still be hitting an all around lift, just with an EXTRA focus on glutes, hammies, quads, calves and abs. #you’rewelcome
How to get the best outcome of the program? Consistency is key. If your goal is to gain more lean muscle mass I would recommend going into a slight surplus or staying at maintenance for the next 8 weeks and monitor your progressions.
If youre looking to lose body fat I would recommend staying at maintenance or going on a slight caloric deficit. Keep your protein intake high if thats what aligns with you in this moment.
Regardless, eat your veggies, prioritize sleep and kick ass every day :)
How to schedule the program into a week? You will have 4 workouts a week throughout the next 8 weeks. Your workouts are scheduled for Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday. However your can really do them whenever it fits your schedule. Just make sure to get your 4 in before the new week.
What do I need to participate in this program? You can do this completely body weight or use what you have around the house. (Broom stick, water bottles, backpack, Books, etc)
If you have access to equipment expect to see the following:
Dumbbells
Kettlebells
Medicine Ball
Mini Bands
Ankle Weights
Bench or step up
Feel free to swap any exercises out for barbells if you have access.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All Levels- that doesnt mean its not challenging. What is great about these workouts is you can scale it to be as “easy” or as “hard” as you want because those are feelings and only you have control of how you want to feel.
