Great program! Wanted to see how far I could push my body and this was the program for it. I was able to take my bench from 315 to 350 in 8 weeks, and deadlift to from 455 to 475. Definitely going to give it another go around.

I just missed my goal… I was attempting 250 and missed out. I moved from a 195 max to a new PR of 245! I’ll be going for 250 before the end of the year.
