It’s trimester 2 and you’re finally starting to feel normal. Congratulations! Take advantage of this time to get active again. This program is best for those who have worked out previously. If you are brand new to working out, please ensure you modify. Working out while pregnant is different then working out while not pregnant. The goals are different. This program is designed to strengthen your back, legs, and arms while increasing your pelvic floor strength and mind body connection. Everything we do here in this program is so you experience less pain and discomfort throughout your pregnancy and ease the birthing process. There are no guarantees here, but a stronger you means a stronger baby, and a stronger recovery. Get clearance from your doctor for physical movement before starting this program. HT PHYSIQUE FITNESS LLC and The PHYT Gym is not responsible for any injury caused or death by participant or any born participant related to participant. You are ultimately responsible for what happens from here. Listen to your body. Take breaks when needed. Modify when required or feeling pain.
