Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
If you’re a Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
With Advanced skill-level, you can increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
Only 30mins a day, 5 exercise each circuit, repeat each circuit 3-5 x to maximise results

2 days of active rest period:
Depending on your skill level, When you rest from training, you should still remain active. Do HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk

1 full rest day
What do I need to participate? You only need your bodyweight
However there are exercises that needs light equipments light dumbbells, kettlebells, a mat, and a skipping rope.
You can perform most exercises without equipments.
Depending on your skill level, you can perform exercises with increased weights or nothing at all.
A positive attitude and dedication to spare up to 30mins to work the Heart! And to this challenge
How will I get the best results? Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app)
Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily
Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
