Hellooo and Welcome., My name is Herty. I have created this community to inspire men and women of all ages to love the body they're in through a healthy balanced lifestyle.By moving their current bodyweight with exercises that will improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength.,In order to feel fitter, stronger, and more confident to go about the day without the fear of low energy or fatigue. And most importantly having a great relationship with food to get the right balanced nutrition. Growing up, I had so many pain episodes all over my body especially around my chest and all my limbs. I couldn't move for days let alone be able to run my arms around my body during shower, these episodes was very excruciating. Until later on in my teens I found out through a blood test that I was born with sickle cell anaemia. The pain episodes didn't stop there. I was now aware fully of the issue but didn't have any clue to manage it so I carried out these pain episodes into my 20's and i had to learn to manage and deal with this hereditary., What I'm trying to say is that i had all excuse to not exercise my body due to this but having to choose a healthy lifestyle has helped me manage this very issue. I use to have 2-3 episode a year to, 1 minor episode in a year to nothing at all since my last episode in 2018. I'm now a qualified level 3 personal trainer with experience of working with both men and women in a gym on a 1 to 1 coaching basis and in groups. My expertise as a fitness trainer with years of personal experience on adopting healthy habits has helped me provide my clients with tools needed to commit to a healthy lifestyle journey. While boosting their self esteem and meeting the most confident version of themselves. This is why I have decided to move online and fully focus my time on building this community from the ground up, starting with simple bodyweight daily challenges
Goals
I want to show you that you don’t have to lift heavy to start seeing results. Starting with the body weight alone and allowing your body to flow into the right form and techniques is key to enjoying your fitness journey. When it comes to getting results, your commitment to consistency and making time to workout everyday, will help transform your body, while falling in love with the process, Improving your strength, you’ll develop discipline & also learn new positive life-long habits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO TRAIN WITH ME This first challenge is bodyweight based and can be done anywhere especially at home or in between strength training @ gym As you progress through the days,we add light equipments like dumbbells, kettlebells, jump rope, and a mat to maximise results To see progress, you will need: - A positive attitude - Repeat each circuit 3-5 x each day - Consistency - Commitment - focus on healthy habits - Hydrate - Rest and good sleep - Patience to trust the process
