What’s up fitness family? My name is Dan Moore, I am a full time firefighter and an athletic trainer for all sports with a primary focus on strength, conditioning, and speed and agility. I am the lead PT instructor for the Georgia Smoke Diver Program. An intense firefighter safety and survival course that is known worldwide! My passion is fitness and performance. Following my program will help you lose fat, build muscle, and move faster! No matter your age or body type, my programs are created for anyone who wants to improve their fitness level for work or everyday life! I also have a program for young athletes who want to start building strength and athleticism coming very soon! Hard work pays off!! What are you waiting for??? Let’s goooo!!!
