What are the goals of the program? To give my members a consistent workout experience. One that prioritizes working hard, rest & recovery. I’m looking to challenge my members & assist them along this journey workout for workout!!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Stick I’m with it as best you can, start where you’re at & always remember to just pick up on the next day.
It’s more important to keep showing up over time, compared to putting all of your focus on “finishing all of the days.”
How to schedule the program into a week? Beginners do 3-4 workouts each week. There’s a total of 6 workout videos that drop Monday - Saturday.
Intermediate m: 4-5 workouts
Advanced: 5-6 workouts
What do I need to participate in this program? A yoga mat, & 5-15 lb dumbbells
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Beginner to intermediate levels of fitness
