How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stick I’m with it as best you can, start where you’re at & always remember to just pick up on the next day. It’s more important to keep showing up over time, compared to putting all of your focus on “finishing all of the days.”
How to schedule the program into a week?
Beginners do 3-4 workouts each week. There’s a total of 6 workout videos that drop Monday - Saturday. Intermediate m: 4-5 workouts Advanced: 5-6 workouts
What do I need to participate in this program?
A yoga mat, & 5-15 lb dumbbells
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Beginner to intermediate levels of fitness

I felt like I was able to endure the kneeling workouts a lot more this go around than the first time I did them. Still tough; but I knocked it out!

WHEW!!! 😰😰 Today bout got me but I stuck with it the variations in the workouts really helped because even though I was hitting the same areas, the workouts didn’t feel the same.
