These unilateral workouts always hit different. Lol. I’m drenched in sweat but I still feel good. Lol

I did a weigh in today and came in at 227. Finally under the 230 mark. 🙌🏾 We working! I know this challenge is over this week but going into the next (with core), could we get some oblique exercises. That’s still a major target area for me.

New achievement unlocked. 😂 I had a lot more mobility and range of motion with the hip abductor and wide squat exercises. Didn’t feel like I was pulling or straining either.

With today being biceps, I noticed that I have a lot more arm strength. Never really noticed but I was less fatigued with the back to back pushups between the rounds. I’ve noticed more definition in my arms and upper back lately as well. We working man! 👏🏾👏🏾
