How to schedule the program into a week?
6 Workouts: Monday - Saturday Advanced: 5-6 Workouts - Follow along day by day Intermediate: 3-4 Workouts - A little bit more flexible, choose the workouts day you feel fits your goals the best and participate in those - Keep the lower & upper days even - Schedule: (week 1) lower, upper, lower, upper (week 2) upper, lower, upper, upper Or the same schedule (if you’re doing 4 workouts) (week 2) lower, upper, lower, upper Beginner: 2-3 Workouts - Even more flexible, choose the workouts day you feel fits your goals the best and participate in those - Keep the lower & upper days even - Schedule: (week 1) lower, upper, lower (week 2) upper, lower, upper
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need is a Yoga Mat & Dumbbells. I recommend 5-15 lb Dumbbells, max 20 lbs. I’ve been using 15 lbs for months and they’ve challenged me.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
For everyone, advanced, intermediate, beginner, men & women. People that workout at home, even those that workout at a gym, people who workout at the park or just outside etc. I’ve created my App to be able to reach a wider variety of people but still be safe & very effective!!
