- Keep the lower & upper days even
- Schedule: (week 1) lower, upper, lower, upper

Beginner:
2-3 Workouts

What do I need to participate in this program? All you need is a Yoga Mat & Dumbbells.
I recommend 5-15 lb Dumbbells, max 20 lbs. I’ve been using 15 lbs for months and they’ve challenged me.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? For everyone, advanced, intermediate, beginner, men & women.
People that workout at home, even those that workout at a gym, people who workout at the park or just outside etc. I’ve created my App to be able to reach a wider variety of people but still be safe & very effective!!
