With today being biceps, I noticed that I have a lot more arm strength. Never really noticed but I was less fatigued with the back to back pushups between the rounds. Iโ€™ve noticed more definition in my arms and upper back lately as well. We working man! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ
