Do the workouts require any equipment?
Most workouts won’t require any equipment! There is one workout listed though that involves two dumbbells, but nothing more.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
When performed with consistency, the exercises with a rehab focus should help reduce any pain you may be experiencing. The general fitness routines provided should leave you feeling like you got a challenging full body workout.
Can I save workouts so that they don’t disappear?

This was great! I have a sedentary life, so I’ve been trying to stand up from the desk at least every 45 min. This stretch was perfect. Needed a little variations because I’m short, and don’t really touch the floor in my chair.
