Running and Fitness Coach

Passionate about running, especially long distances, I love to accompany others in reaching their fitness and running objectives. Certified running coach, personal trainer and nutrition coach, I will share with you here running workouts and planification tips, strength and mobility exercises to boost your running and lots more. Having spent a career in the military, I have built my resilience which led me to accomplish ultra distance races. I ran various types of ultra races from iced lake to desert. I want to share with you my experiences and lessons learned. As a mother of two young boys, I know and understand the challenges of work-life balance. This is why I believe flexibility and problem-solving are my assets when coaching endurance athletes. I am here to bring you support and help you reach the biggest of your dream! Entraîneurs de course, personnels et en nutrition, je vais partager avec vous ici des exercices de course à pied et des conseils de planification, des exercices de renforcement et de mobilité pour améliorer votre course à pied et bien plus encore. Ayant passé une carrière dans l’armée, j’ai construit ma résilience qui m’a conduit à réaliser des courses d’ultra distance. J’ai couru différents types d’ultra-courses du lac glacé au désert. Et j'ai envie de partager avec vous mes expériences et mes apprentissages. En tant que mère de deux jeunes garçons, je connais et comprends les défis liés à l’équilibre entre le travail et la vie personnelle. C’est pourquoi je crois que la flexibilité et la résolution de problèmes sont mes atouts lorsque j’entraîne des athlètes d’endurance. Je suis là pour vous apporter mon soutien et vous aider à atteindre le plus grand de vos rêves!
