I’ve been doing yoga since the good old Instagram challenge days back in 2015 when I was never warmed up and probably did more damage then good. I found a Mysore class at 18, and fell in love with the ideologies though my lifestyle didn’t match. When I met my husband, he encouraged me to get on my mat in the morning to help with my anxiety. I would flow for 20 minutes or so with hot lemon water as the sun would rise. What started as waking up heart racing worried about the day led to waking up anticipating the moment to connect. After a job loss, I enrolled in a 200 hour extended teacher program that took me two years to finish. On my last year, I enrolled in a 300 hour program with the same school. While I finished my 200 hour in June, I finished my 300 hour in October! I do not recommend this process if you’re thinking about training haha However this high speed journey led me to the most wonderful mentorship program with Alyssa Manny in Denver. I found my home there and was even able to participate in their teach training program. We moved to Michigan because of expenses and family which is why I created this app. I miss the connection and the constant flow. It’s been MY constant for quite some time and I love love LOVE sharing. I look forward to flowing with you!
