What do I need to participate?
* You have the option to choose either home or gym for each day, so no need to join a gym if you don't have a membership already * But if you have access to a gym, it's a great benefit for progressing over time (maybe for Shred 2.0!) * A positive attitude and dedication to the program! :)
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
* The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: use less weight or body weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, slow down the pace for more time under tension
