Modified this a bit to be more plyometric as I have a volleyball tournament this weekend, but still a great workout! Got through 10 rounds on the circuit and had to lie down on the floor for a bit afterwards ๐

I didnโt get to this one over the weekend so I came back because I love the conditioning! Itโs brutal but I feel so accomplished after! Got 8 rounds with the 30 dumbbells this time! ๐ช๐ฝ
