What’s up Claire so I started your lower body program since I’m restricted due to my rotator cuff injury I’m not allowed to lift any weight or heavyweight but I made it work. This was very doable.
I am very grateful to be up today moving and getting my muscles stronger again. I was in my head I was getting depressed. Sad I wasn’t working out like I was supposed to. I let it get to me and now I am going to start fresh.
