It was great I have purchased a gym membership and will be taking you with me to the gym. Little background on me I’m Sam I’m 32 my son Mason passed away last year at the age of seven he was special needs and required 24 hr care I had home health the whole nine yards.I stayed home the whole 7 years taking care of my baby. I use to be 125 I’m now up to 147. I suffer from PTSD,my confidence has went down the drain and now I want to get physically fit again I need this for me. I wanna tone up get my six pack back get stronger
 and ultimately build more muscle
