The 3 Day Split is my go-to program for building strength, lean muscle, and overall conditioning without spending hours in the gym. If you only have 3 days per week to train but still want to see real results, this program was built for you. It’s designed to help you make the most out of every workout so you can stay consistent, train efficiently, and still progress toward your goals. The 3 Day Split combines strength training, hypertrophy, and conditioning so every session is effective, structured, and goal-driven. You’ll train with purpose, challenge your body, and still have enough recovery time to stay consistent week after week. Never feel lost in the gym again, it’s like having me as your trainer right in your pocket. Don’t forget to rate & review your workouts when you complete them. I’m a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Playbook can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment ( like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone - regardless of the equipment - to help you get in shape.
