Hey guys!! So excited to be working with you to reach your goals! Before getting started I’ll tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Brazil, and moved out to LA at the age of 8. Growing up I was always very active, I tried various sports, and by middle school I was competing on a dance team. By the time high school came around I got very busy with schoolwork and started gaining weight. Freshman year I joined Gold’s Gym and that’s where it all began. Since then I became obsessed with finding out the different ways I could manipulate my body. Gain muscle, lose fat, shred as much as possible. After years at the gym I figured out what worked for me and what didn’t. Before I knew it, I had friends asking me for advice on how to change THEIR bodies. I fell in love with the process, and now here I am! Starting a new process with YOU and I couldn’t be more happy to see you take on a new challenge! Let’s do this!
