My fourth day doing this warmup. I already left feedback before. Every-time I complete this, it asks for feedback. Anyway, day four feedback, this is definitely a very good warm up. I still have trouble maintaining the yoga squat position for longer than 15 seconds.

The warmup was a workout by itself for me. The videos were easy to follow along. Short clips that repeat unless you close the video. Camera angles are good and show form. There was one video where I couldn’t see the exact form, but I could see it in the next video when sides were switched. That specific exercise had the word pigeon in the title.
