What are the goals of the program?
The goals of this phase 2 is to have more of a focus on a higher rep range. The weights should be relatively difficult but you should be able to have 2-3 reps left in the tank after each set. Put a lot of focus on mind to muscle connection in this phase and have nice slow and controlled reps and feel the burn!
How to schedule the program into a week?
If you need to wake up a few hours before work then get to bed early an hour so we can prioritize your best work for these lifts to maximize results
What do I need to participate in this program?
A home gym with barbells and dumbbells or a gym membership
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
