This program is built for people wanting to take their physique to the next level. It can be used by all skill levels. I recommend for beginners to subtract one set from each workout and focus on form with each rep and set

Great leg workout. The run at the end definitely irons out the legs after smoking them. I incorporated 30 jump rope skips to keep the HR up in between sets and enjoyed the calf burn.
