What to Expect… with room for curiosity

    Frequently asked questions

    What do I need to participate?
    * You need a yoga mat or towel, and yoga blocks are nice but if you don’t have them you can use books instead. * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, this is a mindfulness practice, we are here to move with intention and see what it feels like. * Advanced: still move slow, this is intentional movement, explore the pose on where you can engage to create more strength.
    What’s the schedule?
    * This is intended to be a 2 week exploration. 4 classes each week, ideally every other day. On the days you are not doing a video you can always do that previous day again or take those exercises on your mat and explore, see how you can incorporate them into your own flow. Remember this is about being curious and feeling back into our body.
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
    How can I ask you questions?
    Message me in the app for any questions you have. I do my best to review all comments and make any recommended changes. I want to see your progress!
