Hi I’m Christine and I’m so excited to train with you. I’m a former competitive cheerleader turned fitness nut with over 14 years experience in the fitness industry. I truly believe that health & fitness should be sustainable for your lifestyle. I help busy go-getters create fitness and nutrition habits that work for them. My app was designed to help my clients find sustainable solutions on their fitness journeys. I’m but just here to show you workouts…I’m here to motivate you to take your fitness goals to the next level. I will motivate you to run faster, jump higher, and strive for more than you did yesterday. With my workout plans and targeted nutrition, you can expect to gain muscle, lose fat, and increase your cardio endurance. Goals

My goal is to bring you effective workouts that will push you to become both physically and mentally stronger. I want you to give you the best, most effective workouts for your busy lifestyle. This app is for everyone — whether you are just starting out or if you’ve been at it for years. I want you to become the best version of yourself! I want you to conquer your goals! Training Requirements

At home workouts — you will need a yoga mat, at least two sets of dumbbells (one lighter and one heavier), and resistance bands. Most all gyms will have all necessary equipment for my gym workout program.

Accomplishments

I collect training certifications like most women collect shoes. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, fitness nutrition specialist, & integrated speed, agility, & quickness specialist. I have experience programming small group workouts and 1:1 fitness nutrition coaching. I am a former athlete and have been living a consistent balanced lifestyle for the past 14 years. I am also a certified LesMills instructor in 6 different formats.
