We will be focused on hypertrophy throughout the next 8 weeks. The most important thing besides exercising is the proper diet. 0.5 to 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day is needed to achieve the max amount of improvement. Along with 10-30 minutes of cardio. Info on the Work: The warm-up is important to start the blood flow in our legs. As well as get our heart rate moving. This will aide us in burning calories throughout the workout. The program contains a warm-up and working sets for 5 exercises with supersets. Designed for muscle growth and strength gain. Note: If the weight is easy then add more! If the weight is compromising your technique to where you feel unsafe, drop your weight. Let’s Work!!!

Online personal trainer

I have an athletic background having played Football, Basketball, Soccer and ran Track. Started training WRs in 2011 with what has now turned into “The Quarterback Ranch”. Started Personal training and Sports Performance in 2017 while also coaching Varsity WRs at Irving MacArthur HS in Irving, Tx. I moved back home to Houston, Tx and have since been training at Redzone Training Center.
