I finally got to fit in a workout on my day off! Whoooo!! 🙌 I always really enjoy your step routines and these are really great to work in when you have a packed schedule. It’s my last day of a month-long house/dog-sitting stint, so looking forward to completing your workouts on more of a weekly thing. Really liked this newer step routine! I didn’t expect the vertical placement of the stepper until you started moving haha. Thanks for the awesome motivation as always and thank you for continuing to motivate me to keep going! I didn’t think you could outdo “Jungle Skank,” but “Come Around” was so enjoyable and energetic! Your step workouts are one of my favorites and the new routine was a GREAT switch-up to add into the mix. The reminders like “head up, chest up” for the lunges are super helpful (especially for me!)
