Welcome to my Handstand Foundations Program, designed to condition your body to become familiar to handstands, no matter where you start on the fitness spectrum. Whether you're just getting started in your fitness journey or perhaps already fit, this program is tailored just for you. There are four levels designed to build your strength, endurance, and confidence so you can start spamming handstands anywhere you go (like I do).
How to Fit This Into Your Life:
My program is as flexible as you need it to be. I recommend doing these workouts at least twice per week but even better three times per week if you really want to see faster improvements.
If you're following one of my gym workouts from the Upper or Lower programs, feel free to tack these handstand exercises onto the end of your sessions to fully customize your own hybrid journey. Just be mindful of your energy levels; starting off, you might not have the stamina for the full volume, and that’s fine. The key here is to listen to your body to avoid burnout or injury.
