My wonderful husband, Taylor, and I are both CrossFit L1 Trainers. Movement is an important part of our lifestyles, and something that we enjoy together. We know many people, like us, have many competing priorities which makes for limited time. We fully recognize the importance of having a balance in life, so we structured our own personal training program to be fun and efficient. We are very passionate about fitness and want to inspire others to get moving, so we curated programs for all fitness levels in various settings. We current offer a bodyweight only training program, and will be launching a dumbbell only, gym, and partner training programs in the future so athletes like you can select a program that best fits your lifestyle/preferences.
