Super fiery and challenging! Loved this one!! That first negative push up tho ๐Ÿฅต almost had me giving up entirely lol ๐Ÿ˜ there is no ways my mother and I can do these challenges together - would appreciate modifying options for those needing a little more support ๐Ÿค

Barely made it through with lots of modifications. Think this is just what I need to build strength in my upper body! Can't wait to see where I'm at at the end of 2 weeks!
