Welcome to the Rising Up Sampler Pack, a free collection of five classes designed to give you a taste of the strength, confidence, and play that live inside my full training programs.

This pack blends strength training, skill development, and repeatable daily challenges so you can get a feel for my teaching style, the structure of my programs, and how we build strength that’s not just physical — it’s emotional, too.

Here’s what’s inside:

1. Rising Up Stronger (Strength + Foundations)
This class comes straight from the program where it all started! I rebuilt my strength from the inside out. You’ll work slow, controlled drills that teach your body how to support itself — especially for getting upside down. Think of this as your grounding layer: stability, breath, strength, confidence.

2. Rising Up Handstands (Skill + Play)
This is part of my 30-day journey to learning how to handstand — step by step, without needing to already feel “strong enough.” We focus on shoulder stacking, core awareness, and the small technical shifts that make balancing feel possible. Every tip and tric I’ve learned! Just practice, discipline, and a little bit of fun.

3–4. The 300-Rep Challenge (Bodyweight Strength + Sweat)
Two quick, spicy classes from one of my best-selling programs. You’ll complete 300 total reps across 5 movements, which makes it simple, repeatable, travel friendly, and incredibly effective. No weights. No over-thinking. Just move your body and watch your strength build.

5. The 150-Rep Dumbbell Challenge (Strength + Efficiency)
A shorter format with lighter dumbbells — perfect for days where you want to feel strong, fast. Less reps, more intention. This one surprises people — it looks simple, but it works.
