What are the goals of the program?
I’m often asked to slow down my flows on IG so people can follow along and I thought I’d do ya one better! Here, I’ll share my sped up creative sequencing and ALSO walk you through each step so you can practice them with me! I love challenging my mind while I flow. It lets me tune fully inward as my focus is completely singular!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Each flow is unique and different so I’ll do my best to explain levels in the intros for ya!
Are these full classes?
Nope! These are peak creative sequences/flows. It allows you to work through a quick ten minute break down or maybe flow through them a few times as you get more familiar with the sequence! As a teacher, this is also a fun way to learn a new sequence/flow to teach to your own students! Warm up your body accordingly since we hit the ground running!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Usually you’ll only need your yoga mat but I’ll let you know if you need any added props in each intro 🙌🏻
