I just love following you on Instagram. I am in my early 30s 3 kids and I am always putting myself down that I can’t do it, or I’m too old. You inspire me and like you yoga brings me peace. I have some childhood trama that I never addressed. I struggle with depression and anxiety. I have been in a terrible funk lately and this may be my way out and getting on track. I always go for the easy way and I’m not progressing I’m going to start doing what’s hard and hopefully progress. Thanks for being you and sharing!
