Every few months, its good to train for a couple of months for quality growth! In this plan you will have an exclusive look into my own approach for a glute & quad growth season. Put your festivity macros to work with me! Monday Wednesday & Friday are going to be devoted to the lower body. Each of the 3 days will concentrate on a various range of reps, sets, and intensity. Tuesdays and Thursday will be chest & back with shoulders Adjust your resistance as needed. Keep it challenging, but keep it safe.

About Chelsea Robinson

Online personal trainer

Through earning my degree in exercise science, I was able to change my own life & I was motivated to help change the lives of others. In my early 20s I was pre diabetic & over weight. I took an intro to health sciences class and realized that our bodies are capable of so much! I started working in small gyms in college and online in 2012, I worked my way into private contracts abroad in South Africa as a personal trainer & lifestyle coach 2013-2021. Since I’ve been back in America, I have expanded online from sea to shining sea. Having an under active thyroid & healing my own relationship with body image & binge eating, my compassion for helping others comes from a place of empath and love.
