About Chelsea Robinson
Online personal trainer
Through earning my degree in exercise science, I was able to change my own life & I was motivated to help change the lives of others. In my early 20s I was pre diabetic & over weight. I took an intro to health sciences class and realized that our bodies are capable of so much!
I started working in small gyms in college and online in 2012, I worked my way into private contracts abroad in South Africa as a personal trainer & lifestyle coach 2013-2021. Since I’ve been back in America, I have expanded online from sea to shining sea.
Having an under active thyroid & healing my own relationship with body image & binge eating, my compassion for helping others comes from a place of empath and love.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cardio plan?
Cardio is meant to be completed for a total of 4 sessions a week, no longer than 40 minutes per session.
I suggest that you include a mix of inclined treadmill walks (speed 2-3 mph) and stair master (speed 5-8).
If you are an avid runner, I suggest including some sprint intervals to change things up and light your metabolism on fire!
You can mix and match your cardio; I personally enjoy 20-30 min of the stair master and 20-30 minutes of jog/walk/sprint outside in the fresh air.
Can I expect extreme results?
Your results will reflect your efforts. If you go all in, you can expect to feel and see more change in your body.
Is there a meal plan I can follow?
