What makes subscribing to your coaching different?
The programs and workouts I create are all ones I’ve done myself and continuously use to achieve the body I have and maintain the lifestyle I life. Having me as your coach will give you access to my style of training that caters to a women’s physique. You won’t be limited to one style of training, instead you will find a variety of workouts and programs from more intense to more restorative and low impact. Moreover, subscribing to me as your coach allows you to contact me anytime, with questions and for support. This is a journey, lets take it together!
How does the app work?
The app is launched with one program on it. On the first of every month, one or more programs will be added, as well as spontaneous individual workouts. There will be a variety of different programs that will either be unique or part of a series (ex: Built & Tone will have a part 2, etc). There will be trainings designed for both gym and home setting, as well as some that are equipment specific (ex: band only, dumbbell only, ankle weight only). I will constantly be uploading and updating the app with new content, so you always have more to look forward to and variety to chose from!
What equipment do I need?
Depending on the program or workout you chose to follow there might be different equipment needed. Some programs are specifically designed for the gym or for home. But no matter what, you can find ways to do the programs with whatever you have available to you with a couple of adjustments. I have created a link in my amazon storefront with equipment that I use under “Online Training Equipment”. In the description of the programs or workouts you will be able to see what equipment might be needed.
