The app is launched with one program on it. On the first of every month, one or more programs will be added, as well as spontaneous individual workouts. There will be a variety of different programs that will either be unique or part of a series (ex: Built & Tone will have a part 2, etc). There will be trainings designed for both gym and home setting, as well as some that are equipment specific (ex: band only, dumbbell only, ankle weight only). I will constantly be uploading and updating the app with new content, so you always have more to look forward to and variety to chose from!
