Can I do your programme if I am a beginner? Absolutely yes, all my programmes are accessible for all levels. This doesn’t mean that they won’t be challenging but I always remind you to take it to the level that feels right and then see how you progress each time you come back to class.

Power Flow Yoga to build internal heat and challenge the body. Think HIIT meets Yoga.
Does the workouts require any equipment? Just a mat or a space in your house.
Blocks and straps can be used but if you don’t have them books and a scarf or tie are a great alternative.
