It all started back in 2016. I struggle to navigate my way through a weight room & from Intaking proper nutrition. I would use my lifestyle as an excuse to not learn. I trapped myself in a cycle that started with me working 2-3 jobs, partying, drinking, doing all nighters and not eating sparingly during the day, exercising way too hard to gain body mass and blow off steam, then do it all over again. (I did this for YEARS, you guys.)
In the year 2021 I got pregnant. Few weeks later I suffered a miscarrige. It was a very low time for me. After such loss I began thinking life is so short, why waste it on temporary happiness, you never truly know what will happen next. I wanted to commit to a lifestyle that was healthier, positive & that would challenge me to become better. So I turned to the gym once again. Soon I began researching fitness & its industry from all angles, I learned how to use what coincided with my values. Fitness is about feeling accomplished and free, feeling good for now and later. It’s not about looking the very best you can and not being able to see it. It’s not about hating your body. It was about making myself better, more powerful. Before I knew it, I started sharing my journey and story with others. I began hearing stories on how I've inspired others to begin their journey. I was in awe! I realized inspiring people with my own love for fitness was a dream come through & all I ever loved was seeing smiles on other people's faces.
Fitness saved me, you guys. I could physically do so many things that I never dreamed would be possible, & I developed a friendship with my body & mindset. Exercise is a way to celebrate ourselves & feel comfortable in our skin.
