Hey fam!! Welcome to The New Year RESET CHALLENGE💪🏽 I am so excited you are here and I hope you are too. 

✨THIS IS THE GYM PROGRAM✨

✨Start Date: January 8th 
✨Pre Core Challenge starts January 1st (join the Facebook group for more info on this)

The challenge is 8 weeks long with both home & gym options so anyone can join in! 
The workouts will be challenging but also modifiable for any fitness level. 
We will be focusing on creating a healthy & enjoyable lifestyle. Building healthy habits & steering away from the toxic ideals the internet tells us daily about health & fitness. 

We will dive into mindset changes, healthy habits, non scale victories & take our focus off of just our physical appearances. 

Lastly the Community Facebook Page is filled with like minded women on their own journeys! There to cheer eachother on, motivate & keep accountable!
