The workouts will be challenging but also modifiable for any fitness level. We will be focusing on creating a healthy & enjoyable lifestyle. Building healthy habits & steering away from the toxic ideals the internet tells us daily about health & fitness. We will dive into mindset changes, healthy habits, non scale victories & take our focus off of just our physical appearances. Lastly the Community Facebook Page is filled with like minded women on their own journeys! There to cheer eachother on, motivate & keep accountable! I, like many others, got into fitness for my mental health. I was very under weight and unhealthy for years & eventually I hit a wall. I needed something to help not only my physical health but my mental health. I struggled with a huge lack of self confidence and it wasn’t until I took control of my mind & body and found a balance.
