How to get the best outcome of the program? Just get it done. Even if you have to do options for exercises, slow down or take out a round/set. Any workout is better than no workout at all.
Make sure not to speed through your reps, actually feeling it in the muscle you want to, focusing on form & properly executing the exercises.
