Hi mamas!! 

So every pregnancy is different & what to modify/when to do it will be different for everyone. 

The three things to pay attention to:
1. Pain 
2. Pressure 
3. The need to pee or peeing sensation. 

I talk more about it in the video! Let me know if you guys have any questions & as always consult your doctor before starting a new workout program🤍

You can generally keep doing what you were doing before you were pregnant. So lifting weights, swimming, HIIT whatever you were doing. But again consult your doctor first.

Stretching & Opening your hips

Nice workout!! It was a bit confusing to have 3 sets in one leg exercises since you ended up doing one extra set for one side or tried to divide the time evenly by switching the leg in the middle.
