How to schedule the program into a week? Each week contains 4 days of workouts. The nice part about this program is that we target the full body in each workout so you can do whatever best fits your schedule throughout the week. Just be sure to get all the workouts in for that assigned week.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Give the workouts everything you have and take the nutrition advice that we give you seriously. You will notice your endurance and strength will improve throughout this program but the real weight loss will happen if you focus on calorie consumption and eating the right foods.
What do I need to participate in this program? Just your body! Preferable a mat or something for padding but no equipment is required.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts start easier and progress each week. We will provide modifications for all the challenging exercises to fit a wide range of fitness levels.
