My name is Chad Hackman, and I’m a NASM certified Personal Trainer specializing in helping people build lean muscle tissue and burn body fat. I became a personal trainer after going through my own personal health and fitness transformation. I take pride in helping others reach their health and fitness goals and ultimately improve in all areas of their lives. It’s why I created my personal training facility, Evolution Barbell in Pennsylvania. So that we can improve the lives of those in our community. Now that we are a part of playbook, we can reach even more of you who aren’t local to us. These workouts that I have on here aren’t meant to be easy. They are meant to push you out of your comfort zone because that is what’s necessary for you to see the progress you want to see. I hope you enjoy the workouts and give them everything you have! You will achieve an overall higher level of fitness. On this channel you will go through workouts that will help you build lean muscle tissue, strength, and even burn body fat. We will work on your endurance with our HIIT training and we will even strengthen the mid section. You’ll be stronger overall because of these workouts!

Training Requirements

These workouts are best performed in the gym but we also have a program that offers at home workouts that will consist of bodyweight movements. It’s called “Thrive Over Survive”.
