- Start in a squat position with you arm extended in front of you
- Explode up bringing your body off the ground
- Land softly returning to the starting position
- Keep your spine in a neutral position, make sure you are not looking at your feet

Frog Jumps>25 reps per interval pace

- The lunge position requires you to stand with your feet pointing directly ahead hip-width apart
- Drop your hips until both knees form 90 degree angles
- Jumping switching the position of your feet in mid-air
- Land softly and repeat

Split Jumps>20 reps per interval pace

- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Kick your feet back so that you are in the plank position
- Drop all the way down to the floor
- Press up with your arms and jump your feet forward

Burpee>10 reps per interval pace
