Hi! Utah based- Ohio grown endurance runner, Celina Annis. I’ve been on a mindful fitness journey for over a decade & am proud of the milestones it has taken me to get to where I am today. Originally, I found my passion for fitness through gymnastics. Years later, I discovered an additional admiration for long distance running, bringing me to where I am today. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
